This is a fun activity I adapted from learning at
TAHPERD a few years ago. Any one can play this game even adults. If you are looking for a new way to exercise and have a change of pace for your routine give this game and some of
my other ones a try.
Who says exercising has to be boring or repetitive. You could even turn it into a family workout. Instead of using the spots you could use paper plates. What are you waiting for go get active!
